As Human Energy continues to strengthen its role as a catalytic hub for evolving collective consciousness, this first public-facing Annual Report marks an important step in our transparency and momentum. It reflects a year of strategic focus, launching and expanding mission-driven initiatives, growing international visibility, and strengthening the organizational foundations required for long-term impact. The work highlighted here signals Human Energy’s expanding reach, deepening alignment, and increasing influence at a pivotal moment in humanity’s evolving relationship with technology and the planet.
When I look back on Human Energy's work in 2025, what stands out is a growing sense of alignment, coherence, and momentum. Across the organization, our purpose, projects, practices, and partnerships came more clearly into relationship with one another. It was our first full year navigating a leadership transition, as we moved from a founder-centered initiative to a strategy-aligned, mission-driven organization with a clear framework for growth, impact, and sustainability. And 2025 was the year in which we developed, approved, and began implementing Human Energy's inaugural Strategic Plan, providing a shared framework for growth, impact, and sustainability.
I am deeply grateful for the people who make this work possible. Our team brings rigor, creativity, and care to an ambitious undertaking that bridges research, education, media, and events. Our partners and collaborators-across disciplines, sectors, and generations sharpen our thinking and expand our capacity, helping Human Energy to operate as more than the sum of its parts. And our supporters make it possible to do work that is long-term in orientation, strategically built, and growing in global recognition and impact.
I am convinced that Human Energy now stands on the cusp of its own evolutionary transition. With strong foundations in place and new capacities emerging, we are operating with greater coordination, integration, and confidence–able to move ideas more fluidly into practice while remaining true to our core purpose. As a catalytic hub for evolving collective consciousness, we are well positioned to help shape our collective future, in harmony with technology and the planet. This report reflects that moment and the work unfolding from it.
